Energy Qualification Review (Energy Audit)

Jade processing is an energy-intensive industry. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint through technological innovation.
Low-Carbon Equipment Certification: Completely phased out high-energy-consumption old cutting machines, adopting high-precision CNC equipment, improving energy efficiency by 40%.
Water Recycling System: Established a 3-level sedimentation filtration pool. The recycling rate of cutting and grinding cooling water exceeds 95%, significantly reducing industrial water consumption.
Clean Energy Usage: Gradually introducing photovoltaic lighting systems in the factory area and regularly conducting third-party carbon emission verifications.

Environmental Qualification Review

We focus not only on the finished product but also on the ecological impact of the production process, strictly controlling waste emissions.
Dust Control: The workshop is equipped with central dust removal and water curtain purification systems, ensuring silica content in the air is far below national occupational health standards.
Waste Regeneration Plan: Scraps are not discarded randomly but sorted and recycled for making mosaic crafts or construction aggregates, achieving “zero waste” of materials.
Chemical Management: Environmentally friendly polishing powders and non-toxic waxes are used in the polishing process. Strong acid and alkali treatments (Grade B/C jade processing) are prohibited to ensure the product is natural and safe.

Humanistic Care Review

Artisans are JADE MAGO’s most valuable asset. We adhere to a “people-first” approach, passing down skills and respecting labor.
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS): Strict PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) wearing protocols, and regular occupational health check-ups for all staff, especially for hearing and respiratory systems.
Fair Labor Rights: 100% labor contract signing rate, zero tolerance for child labor and forced labor, providing salaries and benefits above the industry average.
Craftsmanship Inheritance Plan: Established “Apprenticeship” allowances to encourage senior artisans to teach skills, providing a complete career advancement path for young apprentices to protect traditional jade carving culture.
